However, disclosure may be withheld in whole or in part if:(1) It may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party(2) It may significantly interfere with the proper conduct of the Company’s business(3) It would otherwise violate laws or regulations

A fee of JPY 1,000 may be charged for each disclosure request.

  1. Information other than personal information, such as usage history and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information if it is inaccurate.
  2. The Company shall make necessary corrections without delay when deemed appropriate.
  3. The Company shall notify the user of the result without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. If a user requests suspension or deletion of personal information due to misuse or improper acquisition, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. If the request is deemed valid, the Company shall take appropriate action without delay.
  3. The Company shall notify the user of its decision.
  4. Where suspension is difficult due to excessive cost or other circumstances, alternative measures may be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies)

  1. The Company may use Cookies and similar technologies to understand usage conditions and improve its Services. Users may disable Cookies through their browser settings; however, some functions of the Services may become unavailable.
