A fee of JPY 1,000 may be charged for each disclosure request.
- Information other than personal information, such as usage history and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.

- Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information if it is inaccurate.
- The Company shall make necessary corrections without delay when deemed appropriate.
- The Company shall notify the user of the result without delay.

- If a user requests suspension or deletion of personal information due to misuse or improper acquisition, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- If the request is deemed valid, the Company shall take appropriate action without delay.
